FREE 30-DAY RETURNS

We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your Gisou product(s) free of charge within 30 days from the date of delivery. Mystery Boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that product(s) must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original cardboard outer packaging, which must remain sealed and thereby unopened. Returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be accepted due to health protection and hygiene reasons, and will therefore not be refunded.

Please also make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the item(s) from being damaged while in transit.

If you are returning a product from Canada, please contact our Customer Experience Team by sending a return request email to info@gisou.com within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that returns from Canada are not free of charge and the digital return form will not work for printing return labels.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed. Once processed, we will issue your refund back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the reimbursement of funds to be allocated back to the original form of payment.
